Your satisfaction with our parts is very important to us. If for any reason, you need to return a part, please submit a Return Material Authorization Form (RMA) within 45 days of your purchase.
Please use the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form below to initiate your return of items purchased.This form can be utilized for both returns and warranty claims.
All parts carry the standard limited warranty referenced in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed to by Trew. Upon completion of the RMA online, you will be notified within 1 business day whether your request was approved or denied, along with shipping instructions if applicable. Please note, all returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Please describe the reason for your return with as much detail as possible. Information such as, package weight and size, rate/speed, location on system, and possible cause are very helpful.
PO#, SO# or Project#: List a Purchase Order number these items were originally purchased under. You may also provide a Project number or Sales Order number if applicable.
Bed Tag# or Photo: Please provide the conveyor bed identifier listed on the product tag on the controls side of the conveyor
Trew Part # & Quantity: Include Part# - if multiple item numbers separate by a comma and add _quantity. (i.e: 20255-056166_4, 20260-034490_2)
